Q&A
It’s my 14th time down under. That’s too many times. The Australian government told me that I’ve reached my quota. This is the last time they’re allowing me to visit for at least 61 years. I didn’t know there was a limit but I guess there is under article 24B section 7 paragraph 6 in the secure border visitation contract act of 1898 thingymajig. So unless I get reconstructive surgery and change my face like a drug lord I’ll be vanquished from all Australian websites and magazines. It’s really a bummer because I like the coffee in Melbourne.
How would you describe your sound in food form and why?
Frito Pie. A hodgepodge of chili poured on top of an open bag of Fritos corn chips. Sort of trashy and salty and full of vitamins for your soul. Carnival food for curious wayfaring weirdos.
Which song resonates most strongly and why.
I like to go to strip bars and jump up in stage and dance in my underwear. It’s what I do. I also like to brush my teeth.
Where do you draw inspiration from?
Art. I like art. It is fun. I like most everybody’s art except Hitler’s. His colors were clashy. Is clashy a word?
What’s next for you?
Probably a run at President for the 2016 election in America. I’m gonna take care of things. I owe it to the people. If I lose then I’ll probably perform at halftime at the Super Bowl. They keep bugging me and I’m tired of it. I guess it’s my turn but I’d rather be President.
What’s your scene?
