The Block Arcade is one of Melbourne’s oldest shopping arcades, built in 1893 it is still considered one of the finest surviving shopping arcades in the world.

Drewery Lane, nestled between the bustling Londsdale St and Melbourne Central, is one of Melbourne’s many famous laneways. Less famous for its street art than other laneways, Drewery Lane is set apart by only one specific art piece.

In the heart of Melbourne is Centre Place, a laneway situated between Collins Street and Flinders Street. Originally named Cummings Alley, the lane was chosen to be part of a state government initiative aimed to revitalise the many laneways of Melbourne in the mid 1980’s.

Degraves Street, located just north of Flinders Street Station, is home to some of Melbourne’s finest dining. Originally names after Charles and William Degraves, a duo of businessmen who built a flour mill on the street. Degraves Street has changed drastically over the years, transiting from a street of industry to a street of culinary experience.

Flinders Lane is famous for many things, from its rich history in the fashion industry, to its many heritage buildings. Spanning the full length of the city, Flinders Lane hosts a dizzying display of fashion and fine dining.

Presented at the Melbourne Conference and Exhibition Centre from 9 to 11 of August, the EXPO showcased the latest new releases of electric SUVs including BEVs, plug-in hybrids, utes and people movers including new auto brands to the Australian market.
