My new album is called ‘The Sky Is Not The Limit’ it’s a mix of instrumental guitar driven songs with a lot of riffs and crazy guitar songs, There’s also a few ambient songs too and I’m really proud to say it’s a DIY effort
What’s your favourite work at this point in time? (your own or your group’s work)
My latest song called ‘Merry Christmas’ was a one off song I made right around Christmas time and I’m really happy with how it turned out. It has a really epic feel and some blast beats that I don’t usually use.
Tell us a quick, on the road or studio, anecdote.
Well, tour went really smooth really, the most crazy thing was nearly missing flights and fearing we would get murdered in Brisbane.
What, or who, inspires you?
I’m inspired by the process of creating and trying to continue to push myself to make new sounds, more interesting songs snd higher production quality.
Which song do you wish you wrote?
Man there’s actually a lot of em…
Hands down by dashboard confessional
Big Nothing by Elliott Smith
Bleed by MESHUGGAH
How would you describe your sound in food form and why?
Massive juicy Burger with the lot and a really soft bun, coz I like to think there’s a huge meaty sound full of different flavours encased in a Nice soft exterior to help you get around it.
What’s next for you?
Album 3, more live shows
What’s your scene?
Although I do say this word on a regular basis purely satirically and I DON’T believe I really am a representative of this scene, most people would consider me a part of the Djent scene.
I feel more aligned with the Rock/metal/punk scene
