1966 Fender Stratocaster Blue/Green (s/n 186111)
I bought this guitar in Perth, Western Australia in the mid 80s from someone who had just brought it into Australia from the USA. Not sure of the correct colour name, it was already re painted this colour when I got it.
The neck is all original with the original frets showing some wear. I haven’t seen many Stratocasters made between 1966 and the early 70s here in Australia but the opposite is the case with Telecasters as there are many Telecaster examples from this period.
The guitar is fitted with a Roland midi interface which enables me to play midi instruments from the guitar.
