PBS Drive Live 2025

The Pro-Teens are a collection of professional teenagers from the Darebin area in Naarm (Melb, Aus). They indulge in Dorothy Ahsby, they delight in DOOM, they thrive on The Fabulous Three and postulate on Placebo. Their music reflects that. Utilising the Drum Set, Bass, Horn and many other freaky instruments, The Teens like to explore the gamut of sounds, grooves, moods and genres available.

On Diamond’s output has seen the band attract critical acclaim – their 2019 self-titled debut album (Eastmint Records) was lauded as one of the year’s finest, resulting in nominations for The Australian Music Prize and Music Victoria Awards’ Best Album, as well as receiving Album Of The Week on 4ZZZ, Triple R and PBS, and being included in PBS’ Top Ten Albums of 2019.

Ella Thompson is a musician and songwriter whose work traverses the landscape of classic and contemporary soul music.

Close Counters is a Melbourne-based electronic duo consisting of Allan McConnell and Finn Rees. Their music seamlessly blends elements of house, neo-soul, broken beat, and disco, characterized by dense synths and driving basslines.

Bananagun is a Melbourne-based band known for their eclectic fusion of 1960s and 70s afrobeat, exotica, and psychedelic rock. Their sound draws inspiration from artists like Fela Kuti and Os Mutantes, blending rhythmic grooves with vibrant melodies.

Allysha Joy is a multifaceted artist hailing from Naarm (Melbourne), Australia, renowned for her roles as a singer, songwriter, producer, and keys player. She gained prominence as the lead vocalist of the Melbourne-based collective 30/70, contributing significantly to their unique blend of jazz, soul, and hip-hop.
