Snap Scene: Bush, UTSS, Hastings Foreshore, Mornington 12th March 2022

British rock band Bush headlined the Under The Southern Stars festival at Hastings Foreshore Reserve along Western Port Bay on Victoria’s Mornington Peninsula on Saturday 12 March 2022.

Led by Gavin Rossdale on vocals and rhythm guitar, the band also comprises Chris Traynor on lead guitar, Corey Britz on bass, and Nik Hughes on drums.

After forming in 1992, their debut album Sixteen Stone released two years later went 6x Platinum in America and catapulting them to become one of the most commercially successful rock bands of the 1990s. It was an instant smash here too, spending 43 weeks in the Australian Top 50 and peaking at #5. Bush broke up in 2002 but reformed in 2010, since releasing four albums including The Kingdom in 2020.
