Guitar virtuoso Richie Kotzen (The Winery Dogs, Mr. Big, Poison) played Max Watt’s Melbourne on Saturday 24 August 2017 as the last Australian show of his Salting Earth World Tour, in support of the 22nd solo album by the prolific musician. Joining guitarist, keyboardist and vocalist Kotzen on stage was Dylan Wilson on electric and upright bass, and Mike Bennett on drums. The trio played a mesmerising set of tracks spanning his solo career, including a four-song acoustic set that was a highlight of the night. The event was filmed for a live DVD release.
