Commissioned by White Night Melbourne, the locally-based team of Sean Diamond (SDKineticStudios) and Stephanie Selig (Flame Effects Australia) has been brought together to create their first joint venture with The Crucible, a beautiful metal dragon piercing the sky with her flames and a fire garden that is sure to delight participants. Whatsmyscene caught up with Artistic director Andrew Walsh at the warm up of White Night on the mound of Birrarung Marr and later witnessed the first run-through featuring lighting and flame tests of the The Crucible up close.
