After 42 years, The Sunnyboys are calling it a day. These images were obtained at the Twin Towns Resort, Gold Coast, where they played to a sold out crowd of over 1,000 people. The audience knew and sang every lyric, knowing they were witnessing history as the curtain slowly draws to a close.
The Sunnyboys were supported by fellow shock-rock veterans, The Painters and Dockers. It was certainly a fun, energetic and emotional night, with even the Oxley brothers, Peter and Jeremy’s 92 year old father in attendance.
