Australian hard rock band Noiseworks performed at the One Electric Day festival on Sunday 20 November 2022 in Werribee Park on the south-west outskirts of Melbourne in front of a sold-out crowd of about 13,000 people. The original members – Jon Stevens on vocals, Steve Balbi on bass, Kevin Nicol on drums, and Justin Stanley on guitar – recently reformed to honour the memory of their co-founding guitarist, the late, great Stuart ‘Chet’ Fraser.

The band has been joined by special guest Jack Jones (Irwin Thomas) on guitar and vocals. Noiseworks formed in Sydney during 1986 and had four Australian Top 10 albums: Noiseworks (1987), Touch (1988), Love Versus Money (1991) and Greatest Hits (1992). This August saw the release of Heart & Soul, their first new song in 30 years. Their fourth album Evolution was released just nine days ago.
