Do you miss going to gigs? We do. While we’re all in lockdown we’re looking back at some of the gigs we’ve shot over the years. Hope you enjoy the trip down memory lane!
One of the most successful bands of all time, STATUS QUO returned to Australia performing a handful of exclusive concerts as part of their Last Night of The Electrics tour.
STATUS QUO’s thunderous electric live show at Hamer Hall was packed with hits from their enormous catalogue including “Whatever You Want”, “Rockin’ all over the World”, “Down Down”, “Roll Over Lay Down”, “Caroline”, “In the Army Now” and many more.
With Francis Rossi (O.B.E), John ‘Rhino’ Edwards and Richie Malone on guitars, Andrew Bown on keys and Leon Cave on drums, The Last Night of the Electrics tour rocked the audiences socks off. The tour was also an opportunity for Quo to tip their hats to the late Rick Parfitt (O.B.E) who passed away over Christmas. Richie Malone stepped into the big musical shoes Rick left when he retired from the band in mid-2016 and will continue to be an integral part of keeping the Quo live experience tight.
A South Australian treasure with an unmistakable voice and performance energy, Dino Jag is quickly becoming a recognised name internationally. His latest EP Breakthrough was released in November 2016 to critical acclaim.
