Snap Scene: The Vamps & New Hope Club, Margaret Court Arena – 30th Sept 2017

The Vamps are Brad Simpson (lead vocals and guitar), James McVey (lead guitar and vocals), Connor Ball (bass guitar and vocals) and Tristan Evans (drums and vocal).

Bursting onto the scene in 2013, their first three singles ‘Can We Dance’, ‘Wild Heart’ and ‘Last Night’ from multi-platinum debut Meet The Vamps premiered at numbers Two, Three and Two in the UK Singles Chart and gained The Vamps a nomination for World’s Best Album at the 2014 World Music Awards.

The Vamps highly anticipated forthcoming album Night & Day (EMI) will be released in two parts. The Night Edition will hit stores first on July 14th and features tracks ‘Middle of the Night’ as well as the Official NZ Top 40 certified Gold and biggest single to date ‘All Night’ (available for pre-order now). The Day Edition will follow towards the end of the year. Both albums will feature 10 new songs each plus a live DVD / download of The Vamps at their recent London 02 Arena show.

British trio New Hope Club, who were one of the first artist signed to The Vamps label Steady Records will be supporting throughout Australia. Their debut EP Welcome To The Club (out now) features the intensely catchy breakthrough single ‘Perfume’. The EP builds from breezy pop to elements of electronic and R&B, highlighting the bands knack for crafting sing-along melodies with richly textured guitars.
