Known for their high-energy live performances and irreverent attitude, The Meanies have developed a dedicated fan base over the years. They initially gained attention in the early 90s with their debut album The Meanies (1990) and continued to release music throughout the decades, including 10% Weird (1994) and Kiss My Ring (2020). Despite lineup changes over the years, the band has remained influential and continues to perform live, embodying the spirit of Australian punk.
