English punk rockers Peter and the Test Tube Babies performed at The Gasometer in Melbourne on Friday 22 November 2024. Formed in Peacehaven, Sussex during 1978, they have become one of punk’s longest serving and funniest bands with tongue-in-cheek lyrics. Led by founding members Peter Bywaters on vocals and Derek “Strangefish” Greening on guitar, they also include Nick Abnett on bass and Sam Fuller on drums. This was their first tour of Australia since 2008.
