Pennywise, the enduring institution from Hermosa Beach, CA, defies mainstream norms with their SoCal punk spirit. For over three decades, they’ve melded defiance and celebration, producing classics like “Fuck Authority” and “Bro Hymn.” “Never Gonna Die,” their first full album in a decade, confronts today’s chaos with timeless determination. Songs like “We Set Fire Tonight” challenge global austerity, while “American Lies” cuts through disinformation. Pennywise, with their tried-and-true sound, continue to scorch and inspire on stages worldwide.
