Snap Scene: Flashback Friday: Wilco

All this talk of Star Wars makes me think of Wilco. Here’s a flashback Friday to their show at The Palace in Melbourne in 2008.

Wilco released its ninth studio album Star Wars in August, though it was available free from their website for a month beforehand. Star Wars has been hailed as the band’s “most concise, catchy, naturally songful album in at least a decade,” by Rolling Stone and called “a roughhewn, fuzzed-out blast” by A.V. Club.
