Swedish riff lords Deville performed at Stay Gold in Melbourne on Friday 16 June 2023 on their first tour of Australia. Formed almost twenty years ago during 2004, Deville has developed through a haze of rock, stoner and metal sounds, creating something unique that has seen them support the likes of Red Fang, Sepultura, Torche, Fu Manchu, and Truckfighters, plus tour the US, UK and Europe many times over, including playing the world’s best venues and festivals.
Their latest studio album is Heavy Lies the Crown, which was released last September. Deville is Andreas Bengtsson on vocals and guitar, Michael Ödegården on drums, Martin Nobel on guitar and Erik Lundow on bass.
