American singer-songwriter Chelsea Wolfe performed a sold-out show at Max Watt’s in Melbourne on Saturday 18 June 2022 as part of her Australian & New Zealand Tour – her first full tour downunder in ten years. With her band falling ill prior to the show, the 38-year-old Californian luminary performed her ‘doom folk’ styled visceral songs in a solo capacity, to the delight of the packed house. Chelsea treated the audience to a career-spanning set, including songs from her new album Birth of Violence released last September.
