Eric Clapton has made music for five decades and three generations, from the 60’s early boogie blues of John Mayall’s Blues Breakers, to the psychedelic hard rock sounds of Cream and then onto Eric’s solo 70’s recordings. Then to the pop sequencer driven 80’s beats that provide generation X with their soundtrack. Of course the night is not complete without homage to Eric’s iconic 1990’s MTV unplugged set.
