Scottish pirate metalheads Alestorm performed at Max Watt’s in Melbourne on Friday 18 November 2022 to kick-off their Seventh Rum of a Seventh Rum Australian Tour. Led by Christopher Bowes on lead vocals and keytar, the power metal band also included bassist Gareth Murdock, drummer Peter Alcorn, keyboardist Elliot Vernon, and guitarist Máté Bodor. The crowd lapped up every drop of their ‘True Scottish Pirate Metal’ sea-shanty songs.
