Snap Scene: Adalita, Melbourne Town Hall, Melbourne 28th February 2021

Best-known as the founding front woman of indelible rock band Magic Dirt, Adalita performed a unique solo show billed as “Adalita x Grand Organ” at the Melbourne Town Hall in Melbourne city on Sunday evening 28 February 2021.

As part of the Melbourne Music Week program of events, she was accompanied by J.P. Shilo (Hungry Ghosts) on grand organ – a multi-instrumentalist and collaborator of the likes of Rowland S. Howard, Mick Harvey, and The Blackeyed Susans. Adalita Srsen treated the capacity audience to a truly unforgettable show that showcased her musical talents, just three days after her 50th birthday.
