“SLUMBERJACK have always shown serious production talent.” – FBI RADIO
Currently on tour, taking in stops in Australia, Bali and New Zealand, today SLUMBERJACK drop the next cut off their self-titled EP, ‘The Others’ ft. mistress of mutability, KLP. Clad with a UZ remix of ‘The Others’ the guys have also just been announced as a support on Alison Wonderland’s upcoming, sure-to-be-sold-out Wonderland Warehouse Project 2.0 national tour.
SLUMBERJACK haven’t stopped since their 2014 sold out national tour, almost 3 million soundcloud spins, a collaboration with Alison Wonderland on her lauded feature album Run and casual name checking from indie dance dons Skrillex and Diplo already under their belt. It’s no wonder that lady of the house (party), KLP, and trap lad, UZ, have come running to lend their hands and ears to the business. KLP secured a feature slot on the latest cut from the Slumberjack EP, ‘The Others’ before UZ reworked it into the remix released today, a minefield of drops and bass.
With their name on Shazam’s Future Hits list, it’s no wonder their debut reached #2 on the iTunes electronic album chart. The SLUMBERJACK EP also featured “Body Cry” (a melody-driven EDM-meets-R&B fusion included in the weekly “Skrillex Selects” SoundCloud playlist series andEDM.COM’s Best of 2014 list) and “Horus” (a heavy-hitting and hypnotic Eastern-flavored track that climbed to #1 on Hype Machine and hit playlists made by the likes of Porter Robinson).

With praise for their music flowing in from Peking Duk, UZ, Ta-Ku, What So Not, SAFIA, GTA, Mr Carmack, Nina Las Vegas and more, SLUMBERJACK are emerging as one of the most exciting and daringly creative acts within Australia’s electronic music scene.
Bass-heavy and frenetic, dreamlike and lush, the music of SLUMBERJACK is born from its Perth-based creators’ passion for contrast: DJ/producers Morgan Then (a 23-year-old Borneo-bred classically trained pianist and former world-music artist) and Fletcher Ehlers (a 21-year-old Australia native who taught himself to make electronic music at age 11), the duo dig into their disparate backgrounds to push into thrillingly original sonic territory.
