MANDY KANE ANNOUNCES NEW EP ‘DARKNESS & DIVINE’ AND DEBUT LP ‘TRAGIC DAYDREAMS’ REIMAGINED.
Following the magical developmental years preceding the release of his debut, ‘Tragic Daydreams’, Kane ventured out of his suburban bedroom; a musical laboratory of imagination, into the brutal reality of adulthood.
With the release of new music being delayed by various battles of his own, Kane has reemerged, this time presenting a new evolution.
These latest releases have been facilitated by a successful crowdfunding campaign, run through EU based platform ‘Musicraiser’ in 2014. Kane raised over $6,666, enabling him to produce limited edition vinyl, CDs, DVDs and more.
The ‘Darkness & Divine’ EP contains 5 new tracks which were recorded at Red Door Sounds and produced by Woody Annison (Black Cab / Children Collide). The EP will be available as a digital download, 10″ clear hand-cut vinyl and a CD edition featuring 3 bonus tracks. Each physical release ships with a ‘Yin & Yang’ lucky charm pendant.’Tragic Daydreams Reimagined’ is released as a multi-format Deluxe Edition (CD/Digital/DVD/Vinyl), featuring previously unreleased demos, live recordings, live and interview footage plus a re-sequenced track listing including alternate versions of the original songs, re-mastered from archived Los Angeles recording sessions. The 12″ vinyl features nine tracks from the original release, re-mastered for vinyl by Grammy Award winning engineer William Bowden. The CD edition ships as a dual CD/DVD Digicase with high quality matt cello finish.
All physical releases are available exclusively through Bandcamp (www.mandykane.bandcamp.com) or via Kane’s official website (www.mandykane.net).
Pre-Orders from 13 November, 2015.
Digital editions of both releases will be made available through all major download and streaming services from 27 November, 2015.
