BODHI + RIDE has called the Port Melbourne studio home for the past twelve months with their custom built ride chamber delivering a one of a kind spin class, complete with nightclub experience described perfectly by VOGUE as a “disco cardio party”.
Bringing the Yin to the Yang, Virginia (USA) born Maelani’s blissful heated studio will restore, rejuvenate and renew your soul. The scandi inspired studio is home to a variety of classes including power flow, yin, yoga chill, pre natal, mindfulness and regularly hosts workshops from helping you to get inverted and the infamous ‘Horse Yoga’ as seen on channels nine’s The Today Show.
Now when you say frozen and mum in the same sentence, the first thing that comes to mind, is endless re runs of the 2013 cult classic ‘Let It Go’ (enter migraine) but with their combined twenty years experience in the health industry Anna Rogacki and Meg Campbell are making the word frozen a whole lot more palatable. Developed in Japan in 1978 whole body cryotherapy was developed to ease pain and soreness, fast forward 30 odd years and elite athletes are using cryo on the reg for not only physical recovery and wellbeing but to asisst with mental clarity and cognitive function.
