The LuWOW, Melbourne’s finest tropical tiki lounge bar, will be saying “Aloha Oe” as the doors will close for good on Friday 23rd December
The final night will be hosted by the Gogo Goddesses, The LuWOW’s in-house gogo troupe performing their choreographed routines en-masse, as well as their freestyle authentic Gogo-in-the-Cage that they are revered for. It’s the first(and last) time they will be performing all together.
Twelve Gogo Goddesses GoGo-ing all night long!
Playing the Gogo tunes will be the owners and creators of The LuWOW themselves:
Jumpin’ Josh & Barbara Blaze. Showcasing their vast and endless collection of vintage vinyl records from the 50s to the 80s, specializing in obscure and hard to find gems.
With a veritable jungle of fake plants, 5km of bamboo, hand carved tikis, and rubber beasts upon every surface, there is no place in town like The LuWOW. And this is the final time to experience the uniqueness of The LuWOW.
The LuWOW’s infamous cocktail menu stems from owner Josh Collins’ lifelong dedication to the appreciation and running of tiki bars, and boasts the signature $10 Mai Tai, as well as an array of Zombies, modelled closely to the original recipes of the 30’s.
So come send off 2016 and The LuWOW in true Tiki style with us, as we make sure to celebrate what has been one of the most memorable and out of this world adventures any of us has ever been a part of. See you on the dancefloor!! Aloha.
