Mel Parker is a published writer who began life working in restaurants and bars in Melbourne, Brugges, London and Port Douglas. She fell in love with all things wine and food and the theatrical glamour of fine dining at a young age. She writes about food, restaurants, travel, wine and drinks across publications both in Australia and overseas. A self-confessed Pinotphile, her dying wish would be to savour a hallowed glass of Domaine de la RomanĆ©e-Conti from her birth year vintage ā one of the best of course.
