Eureka 89’s specially designed Mother’s Day menu begins with an entrée of seared scallops, pickled mushroom, petite radish and cauliflower followed by the main course of Rangers Valley strip loin, onion soubise, charred radicchio and bone marrow jus.
A heavenly dessert of chocolate berry éclair, milk chocolate and vanilla ice-cream will be served before tea, coffee and petit fours conclude the afternoon.
Beverages on offer include Sam Miranda Prosecco, Pizzini Pinot Grigio, and Sanguine Estate Shiraz, Cascade Premium beers as well as mocktails, juices and soft drinks.
