With dance floors back on the cards, the green light has been given for decent size headline shows to return, and today, 12 months of ideas and brainstorming have manifested into an event!
Nobody Presents… The Other Festival! Saturday February 13 at Brisbane’s Fortitude Music Hall – with doors open from 2pm!
Tickets are $70+BF and will go on sale for this momentous maiden event at ticketmaster.com.auon Friday 18th December at 8am AEST/9am AEDT.
COG said that “We (COG) are excited to announce that on Saturday the 13th of February 2021, the Fortitude Music Hall in Brisbane will see 16 bands from all over Australia converge to present to you “The Other Festival”.
Huge sounds and epic visuals in a venue made for music. In short, some bloody good bands and some fucking good people coming together to celebrate live music, liberty and life. Nobody presents: “The Other Festival”.“
Doors will open at 2pm in the afternoon and crank through late into the evening, with two stages operating throughout the Fortitude Music Hall – main stage and The Faction Stage, in the Outpost Bar, with The Faction DJs holding the vibes down in between sets on the main stage, and Rock N Roll Yoga to expel the body of the bad juju that was 2020!
The Roadsick Main Stage sees COG and Wolf & Cubheadline, Redhook, Osaka Punch, Voyager, Hammers, Jay Brown, Total Pace & The Atomic Beau Project all in support.
The Faction Stage will host From Crisis To Collapse, Patient Lounge, Smoking Martha, These Four Walls, Being Jane Lane, Minds?End and Free The Genie!
The event is presented by “Nobody Presents” and will take place with support from Roadsick Apparel, Cate Pepper graphic design, The Faction, Collision Course PR and Groglords.
