‘Ain’t Your Girl’ – BEATZ is OUT April 9
Jason Dundas: “This track has international appeal, and Tayla’s rap sounds like it’s straight out of the L.A clubs. Since the moment I first met BEATZ backstage at X Factor, it was clear to me that they have the passion and drive that is required to make it in this game. It’s only a matter of time before we see them dropping BEATZ in the U.S!”
Limited tickets are on sale for the BEATZ Official Single Launch Party in Sydney, Saturday 8th April at Sydney’s hottest new venue ‘The Carter.’ To buy tickets, go to: bit.ly/AYGlaunchtickets <http://bit.ly/
In Brief:
When Aussie girl group BEATZ first auditioned for ‘The X Factor Australia’ back in 2014, never did they expect to see the response that would follow. Their performance was described as being “absolutely magical” by Redfoo.
Brooke, Elishia and Tayla have since been gaining attention from young teens all around the world. Their fierce, energetic and unified audition of Gwen Stefani’s ‘Hollaback Girl,’ has gained over 23 million+ views on YouTube. The girls proudly showcased their own individual trademark colours of Purple, Yellow and Pink throughout the show.
They decided to give the talent show another crack in 2016, more polished and refined than ever, securing them a place in the ‘Underdog’ category. With the support of their mentor Mel B, the girls progressed further than any other group in the competition – being the last group standing, before exiting the show as TOP 5 semi-finalists.
It’s no surprise, Mel B had a strong affection for the girls calling them a: “Spunky, funky, girl group.” A compliment coming from Scary Spice herself!
The girls are excited to be releasing their BRAND NEW track ‘Ain’t Your Girl.’ Produced by Michael D’Arcy (A multi award winning, genius, teen prodigy who has worked with the likes of: Jessica Mauboy, Stan Walker, Justice Crew, Anthony Callea, Samantha Jade, Timomatic, Human Nature, Reigan Derry and 5 Seconds of Summer to name a few) and co-written by BEATZ & Michael, the girls are super excited to be getting their original tracks out to the world!
The girls also recently performed at an Australia Day concert in Sydney. With over 65,000 people attending Parramatta Park for Australia Day. After getting the audience excited and the stage warm, they were followed by artists such as: Thandi, Thundamentals and Eskimo Joe! The girls recently supported Isaiah (Winner of 2016’s ‘The X-Factor’) on a string of Sydney Tour dates.
