Snap Scene: A Day on the Green: Bryan Adams, Mt Duneed Estate, Geelong, 12th January 2018

Canadian singer-songwriter Bryan Adams headlined A Day on the Green at Mt Duneed Estate in Geelong, Victoria on Friday 12 January 2018, as part of his regional tour of Australia, dubbed “The Ultimate Tour” in celebration of his latest best-of album Ultimate. Known the world over for his iconic feel-good rock and roll and big ballads, his music has achieved number one status in more than 40 countries. After rising to fame in North America with his 1983 album Cuts Like a Knife, he has now sold more than 75 million records, making him one of the world’s best-selling music artists.

Adams has garnered an impressive collection of accolades over the years, including a Grammy, three Academy Awards, five Golden Globe nominations, American Music Awards, MTV Awards, an Ivor Novello Award and twenty Juno Awards. He was also awarded the Order of Canada and the Order of British Columbia, given to him for his contributions to popular music and philanthropic work via The Bryan Adams Foundation, which helps improve education for people around the world. Photographers at the event were authorised to only shoot his first song One Night Love Affair from a designated location, and publish the best six shots – so here they are!
