Flying Calamari Bros
Established in 2001, the Calamari Brothers were born and bred on the Mornington Peninsula. Their pursuit for quality calamari spawned from the clear waters surrounding Flinders fried, the calamari is cooked in a light batter and tossed in some salt and pepper and finished off with a special sweet chilli mayo or squeeze of lemon on the side.

Fire n Stone Pizza
Fire ‘n’ Stone Catering is a small catering company created 10 years ago by Richard and Araminta Wood. With their ‘made to order’ pizzas and nachos in various flavours, you can expect delicious fresh gourmet toppings on both options made just the way you like them.

Nica Tacos
Since launching in October, 2012 Nica Tacos has grown at a phenomenal speed, thanks, it’s mouth-watering pulled beef, crispy prawn and smoking three bean tacos. Inspired by a trip to Central America, the idea was born on the trek back to Australia by all the amazing characters that were met whilst on the journey.

Cajun Kitchen
Born out of a love for all things Cajun food and culture, the Cajun Kitchen having grown up in New Orleans, and began bringing the flavours of New Orleans to public events in Australia back in 2009. With something for everyone from Seafood and meat Po’ Boys, vegetarian Cajun Wraps, fries, sliders and more, the Cajun Kitchen promises to take on a culinary journey down south.

Dippin’ Dots
Get ready for Dippin’ Dots, the funniest and brightest cold snack you’ll ever feast your eyes on, created by Microbiologist Curt Jones back in 1988 when he used his background in cryogenic technology to invent the tiny beads of ice cream, yogurt, sherbet and flavoured ice. His invention is now considered the unique, futuristic and fun way to eat ice cream!

Red Rocket Espresso
Red Rocket Espresso owners and Mornington Peninsula residents Matthew Stapleton and Troy Keddie, have been in the espresso coffee catering business for fifteen years. They’ve ran a coffee roasting business which won 2 Golden Bean Awards for excellence in the roasting and now provide the public a gourmet menu of espresso based coffee beverages, homemade iced tea and lemonade, chai, soft drinks, and frappes all run out of their unique self-powered caravan.
