Recipe Scene: Fudgy Nutella Biscuits

IMG_3783I’m not going to beat around the bush here.  These biscuits have a truckload of Nutella in them.  A truckload.  But that what makes them so incredibly delicious.  These bikkies are so good that I generally make a double batch, as a single batch gets polished off too quickly.  The biscuits spread quite a lot, so make sure you don’t place them too close together.  I use a mini scoop to shape the biscuits, that way they all end up a uniform shape and size.  I got this recipe from the Thermomix recipe community, so a huge thankyou to the person who posted it and shared the love.

30 grams brown sugar
85 grams self raising flour
1 egg
310 grams Nutella

  1. Heat oven to 180 degrees C. Prepare baking trays.
  2. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined. Put small spoonfuls of the mix onto the trays, making sure not to place them too close together.
  3. Bake for 8-10 minutes, place on cooling racks. That’s it.  They are done.  Too easy!
